Terms of Service
Last updated 25 October 2026.
By using CreateStuff.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: fashionistas1979@gmail.com.
The service, and that it is free
CreateStuff writes HTML, CSS and JavaScript from what you describe and can put the result on a public web address. There is no paid plan and nothing to buy. The free tier has limits so the service stays free for everyone:
- 6 app builds per account per day, and
- 30 questions to the assistant per account per hour,
- plus free hosting of what you publish on a sites.createstuff.ai address.
When you hit a limit you get HTTP 429 with the time until it resets — that is a limit, not a fault, and trying again after the reset works. We may change the limits; if we do, we will say so on this page.
What you own
The apps, prompts and code you create are yours. You give us the licence to store them and, when you press Put online, to host and serve them at their public address for as long as you keep them published.
What you must not do
- Nothing illegal: fraud, harassment, child sexual abuse material, or content that breaks the law where you live.
- No malware, phishing pages, credential stealing, or crypto miners.
- No infringing content — do not publish trademarked brand assets, copyrighted text or someone else's photographs without the right to use them.
- No spam, no bulk abuse of the API, and no attempts to get around the limits above.
We can remove an app or limit an account that breaks these rules, and we will try to tell you when we do.
Published apps are public
A published app gets a public address on sites.createstuff.ai. Anyone who has the link — or who guesses the project number in it — can open it. If an app is private to you, do not publish it.
Generated code comes with no warranty
Apps are written by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or insecure. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and you are responsible for testing anything you publish and for how it behaves. Check the law that applies to what you publish, too — for example sales tax, marketplace rules, or privacy duties of your own.
Advertising
CreateStuff is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads are chosen and delivered by Google, not by us.
Ending your use
You can stop using CreateStuff at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its content by emailing the address above. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that threatens the service for everyone else.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, CreateStuff is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses from apps you publish, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
The date at the top changes when these terms change. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
